Services

One-stop sulfur removal service model is firstly developed by Beijing. It combines traditional sulfur removal vessel with sulfur scavengers with different performance, providing integrated sulfur removal solutions and one-stop full services for its clients. The sulfur removing unit is modular, standard, mobile and recoverable. The only thing the client does is to tell the sulfur removal requirements and Beijing Sanju will provide complete service. Modular sulfur removal unit aims to applications for sulfur removing and scavenging from sour streams, such as natural gas, associated gas from oil production, syngas, biogas, coke oven gas, coal gas, coal-to-gas, refinery gas and various sour tail gases. And it is most suitable for sulfur removing from gases containing CO2.

Modular Sulfur Removal Unit and One-Stop Package Service

The casing of the modular sulfur removal unit mainly consists of outer frame, guardrail, stairs, sulfur removing vessel casing as well as internals, transportation support points, hoist points, safety valve and insulations. Casing tracing could be furnished according to the outside environment. For easy modular operation, such as assembling and transportation, outer frame is designed as a container and same size and connection orientation are used for inlet, outlet and drainage for different models of modular sulfur removal units. It is flexible for different sulfur content and it is more economic.

Types and specifications for sulfur removal units are shown in the Tables below. 1.General

Modular sulfur removal unit is developed by Beijing Sanju Environment Protection and New Material Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "Sanju"). It combines traditional sulfur removal vessel with sulfur scavengers with different performance, providing integrated sulfur removal solutions and one-stop full services for its clients. Sanju substitutes for its clients with its own technology and capital to do all the work, such as front end preparation, construction and changeout, for traditional sulfur removal, saving time and cost and minimizing safety and environmental protection problems caused by traditional sulfur removing method.

Modular sulfur removal unit aims to applications for sulfur removing and scavenging from sour streams, such as natural gas, associated gas from oil production, syngas, biogas, coke oven gas, coal gas, coal-to-gas, refinery gas and various of sour tail gas. And it is most suitable for sulfur removing from gases containingCO2.

Modular sulfur removal unit consists of different vessel and scavenger. Sanju will provide piping and valves according to clients'requirements, as well as EPC service.

2.Benefits
2.1 Safety

Each operation segment in site changeout, purge, removing, routine maintenance, careless operation for traditional sulfur removal unit might lead to leakage and spillage of flammable feedstock and toxic H2S. But Modular sulfur removal unit only requires simple assembling at site, without above-mentioned hidden safety dangers.

2.2 Environmental protection

If modular sulfur removal unit is applied, no changeout at site are required by client, no waste disposal is required and no waste water, waste gas and waste solid are produced.

2.3 Cost-saving

If modular sulfur removal unit is applied, client would pay no capital for fixed assets and complicated construction; because of no changeout at site, there would be no equipment maintenance cost. No capital cost and no energy consumption would lead to much lower operating cost.

2.4 High Efficiency

If modular sulfur removal unit is applied, the only thing that client does is to provide the inlet and outlet conditions, and Sanju would offer an integrated sulfur removal solution and install themodular sulfur removal unit and put it into operation in a very short time.

2.5 Simplicity

It is easy and convenient to remove and move the modular sulfur removal unit. The client could determine at its discretion sulfur removing location, time and cycle. Easy maintenance and less operators are required at site.

2.6 Reliability

Sanju provides sulfur removal service with its own modular sulfur removal unit, Client would pay no capital for fixed assets, thereforethere would be no capital risks. He could only pay sulfur removing service fee if sulfur removal unit is used successfully, and if sulfur removal unit is no used successfully, Sanju would remove the unit and the client would lose no money.

The traditional sulfur removal requires client to pay the construction of the unit. If sulfur removal unit is operated successfully, routine maintenance and replacement of internals are required. Capital lost would be caused to the client if the unit is not operated successfully.

2.7 Advancement

The modular sulfur removal unit is loaded with high performance sulfur removing agent with 40% sulfur capacity, that can be applied in any CO2content environment without impact to sulfur removing efficiency.

3.Equipment

4.Sulfur Removing Agent

Core technology for the modular sulfur removal unit is the high performance sulfur removing agent with a new sulfur removing material "amorphous carbonyl iron oxide", developed by Sanju, as main composition. The sulfur removing agent has advantages, such as rapid sulfur removing, high sulfur capacity, high sulfur removing level at outlet, good water resistance and no dependence on oxygen. It is specially suitable for high level H2S removing in CO2 environment.

The new sulfur removing material and sulfur removing agent "amorphous carbonyl iron oxide" has been applied for 21 domestic and international patents with many performance at international leading level. In 2009, "high sulfur capacity and new renewable sulfur removing material and technology" has passed the expert demonstration organize by All China Environmental Protection Joint Association".

Sulfur removing agents made mainly in new sulfur removing material "amorphous carbonyl iron oxide" are:

SDS-100 is mainly used for removing H2S from biogas and can protect effectively biogas power generator, boiler and piping;

SDS-200 is mainly used for high level H2S removing from various of gases, such as natural gas, associated gas from oil production and coal bed gas;

SDS-300 is mainly used for high level H2S removing and part of organic sulfur from LPG and light hydrocarbon, meeting the requirement of "copper plate corrosion test";

SDS-400 is mainly suitable for high level H2S removing from high CO environment such as syngas, coal-to-gas, (semi) water gas and blast furnace gas;

SDS-500 is mainly used for high level H2S removing from various of gases and it has conversion and absorption functions for organic sulfur such as COS;

SC909 odor removing agentis mainly used for environmental protection treatment for various of foul smell gases discharged from kinds of vents, breather and plant tail gas from refineries, oil field gas and chemical fertilizer plants.

M909 odor removing agentis developed specially for environmental protection treatment for various of foul smell gases discharged from kinds of vents, breather and plant tail gas from refineries, oil field gas and chemical fertilizer plants;

5.One-stop Service

Sulfur removing capacity for Series A is around 2.8 tons, Series B around 4.2 tons and Series C around 1.3 tons. Each of these units could have combination of sulfur removing agent based on different sulfur removing requirements, so as to achieve specifications for low sulfur removing level, high sulfur removing level and removing sulfur in different form. Sanju will provide client one-stop sulfur removing service with modular sulfur removal unit as its means, let its clients experience a rapid and convenient service model.

Different models of series A , B and C units can be loaded with various of scavengers such as Cl, As, O2, H2O and Ag removing agents to realize one-stop service with different performance.

6.Transportation and Recovery

(1) The modular sulfur removal unit is designed as a container-like, that can be transported by highway or railway;

(2) Sanju provides equipment sketch and installations supervision at site;

(3) The unit after use will be replaced and recovered by Sanju.
